“Now elected as District Attorney, we see that District Attorney Carr has just appointed Judge Murphy to the post of senior deputy district attorney, second in command only to her. Funny how the judge who ruled on the ACOE motion has now been rewarded with this new post. Just food for thought.”

***I was baffled by the decision that Judge Murphy made regarding the Preliminary Injunction hearing. I am no longer baffled.
