***Such idea has crossed many of our members’ mind and someone on this forum posted on such idea as well few months ago, albeit not as detailed as yours. Many of our members feel that several conspirators are getting away with the irreparable damage that they have caused to the ACOE. Our members are correct in their thoughts.
I do not like to opine regarding merits of such proposed lawsuit (i.e., whether it is legally a viable case). However, I can assure you that the legal fees and costs will be in the seven figures. For approximately one year on this forum, we have been reminding the readers that the scope of the conspiracy and its objectives are very broad. We have mentioned who the conspirators are. Indeed, this past 12 months have shown that we were correct. Consider just few examples: dual membership, Zowwa’s support of Soro, some rich families’ support of Soro, and etc. Therefore, the political and economical powers of the conspirators are substantial.
We have thousands of our people from Iraq who are stranded in Syria, Jordan, and Lebanon. The time and money that our members would be spending on such proposed lawsuit would be a waste. We have to help our people to gain refugee status in the Western countries. By our people I mean our church members (let Vatican and Chaldean Church support theirs, Syranis support theirs, and etc). The way the events are unfolding, we will have more of our people leaving the Middle East.
History has shown us that every time a Christian county attacks a Muslim county in the name of spreading “democracy” or to gain access to its oil, or to simply dominate the country, our people suffer first, then the Muslims, then the taxpayers of the attacking counties (e.g., Rome, Byzantine, Russia, Britain, USA, and etc.). The rich and powerful people of the attacking countries benefit the most at the expense of all others.
Why the USA so far has issued only 500 refugee visas to Iraqi refugees for a war that it started in Iraq? The USA and Britain must accept thousands of our people every year by giving them refugees status because it was their wars (the First and Second Gulf wars) that caused our people to become refugees. Before the First Gulf war, who was arming Saddam that caused thousands of our young people to die in Iran-Iraq war and thousands more become refugees?
