To Persi and Nissan

Considering your backgrounds, how would you reply to an Assyrian Catholic who makes the following arguments?

1) Only the Middle Eastern Catholic prelates discriminate against the Assyrians of the Church of the East, not the American or the European ones!

2) Why would the great Vatican, with its glory and universal power ever care about the Assyrian Church of the East to plan anything against it? Look at us, what do we have for Vatican to even bother with us?

Of course, I have my own opinion in regards to the above, but I’m more interested to hear yours.
