Unless we learn and educate ourselves, we will always fall prey to others who want our demise.
Let me list some of the myths few people talk about and I will not respond to anybody who does not answer with quotes from scholarly references.

Myth 2

Athour-c h aldo (c h aldo-Ashur)

This is a Myth because such term, geographical or otherwise, did not exist until the French Latin missionaries working with the clergy of the Chaldean Catholic Church during the mid and late 19th century wanted to promote chaldeanism by attaching it to the historical name Atour (Athour). There is no relation whatsoever between Atour in northern Mesopotamia and Chaldea around the Persian Gulf region in southern Mesopotamia.
