Dear Shamiram,
I understand what my church has done, and I will never deny that nor my Bishop and my Priests. I understand what my ancestors had done in the past, and I now what a powerful nation we once were.
It really doesn’t matter what language the Bible was written in, and it really doesn’t matter which nation was Christian first. Let say it’s true that we were the first to convert to Christianity or the Bible first was written in Aramaic, what will that do to us? Does that mean we’re guaranteed heaven? I just don’t understand why that matters so much.
Another question, why is Ahiya Ashar Ahiya spelled that way in Assyrian, and not Ashur, why Ashar instead of just Ashur.
About defending my Bishop, I don’t need to defend him, he can defend himself, I just do my job as a person following God and helping my people with all I can.
As of for church and my people, there’s nothing that I can do to solve their case, I can only pray.
One more thing I want to say, I’m on this form to get some answers from the “other side” sorry I don’t know what else to call it. I like to hear both sides of the story that’s all.
We have to respect each other to stay together. If someone doesn’t respect you just ignore him or her and pray for them. If you answer back with the same tone or rudeness then you’re looking for the same thing, and your lowering yourself to his or her level.Love & Respect
