His excellency president of Iraq the honorable Mr. Jalal Talabani

elected to the presidency of Iraq wishing for your excellency all the
success during this serious transitional period to serve all Iraqis and
the new Iraq.

The process of electing you came as a result of a democratic process
within the elected parliament. We express our happiness and trust of your
worthiness for what we've known about your history of strife, great
sacrifices and decades of experience, which make you an added guarantee to
practicing democracy and interpreting the constitutional principles
that affirm brotherhood, partnership and guarantee the freedom and rights
of all Iraqis.

We're seeing in you a huge support for the success of the political
process through the accomplishment of the present patriotic affairs in
building the state of law, security and stability, providing the citizen
with services and life's necessities, accomplishing progress and
prosperity in the country.
