Let me correct you-it was called Kamikaze, or divine wind, when the Japanese pilots crashed their planes into the US warships. They were fanatics who beleived that if they died in a ball of flames they were obeying their lord and emperor. As history points out, these acts of desperation only stalled the inevitable. They did not turn the tide of the second world war. Whether or not Soro or his followers can be compared to those pilots is for others to determine. I shall not place myself in a position of judging people for their beliefs. However, it is inevitable that Soro will lose, not only his diocese, but his dignity and once lauded reputation. He will be blip on the radar screen in the history of the church. However, he will be an expensive and demoralizing blip though.
