Philip Betoshana's brother

Last night I was at a gathering, there was a discussion about Philip Betoshana & his brother Sargon. The fact that Sargon represented assyrians in Iran after the revolution. I have heard Philip's name numerous times on betnahrain and on this forum. But can some one give me more information on Dr. Sargon. Was he as patriot as his brother? Is there anywhere that I can get more info on him.
