I believe the Hebrew (Yvrit/Ybrit) would be the proper translation since the Book of Exodus was written in Hebrew, although both Aramaic/Assyrian and Hebrew are related and very close, if you take a Hebrew word and an Aramaic word and put them together it is very possible that they could only have one vowel difference and yet they will mean two different things. This is very common in the modern day Aramaic that we speak, for example, in the Jelu dialect "wardoo" is different from the koine Aramaic spoken "wardoo". In Jelu, "wardoo" means "Your flower" when your talking to a male, if one did not understand Jelu and only understood the standard Aramaic it would mean to them "His flower." So a difference in grammar or vowal can completely change the meaning of the word, one would need to study the two languages similarities and see what changes happen where. For example, in Aramaic "lachma" changes to "lachem" in Hebrew. Its very difficult, but it would recquire a lot of studying.
