*** I do not know. More than likely the 3-day hearing was transcribed. The quotation that I provided regarding what the judge said came from a person who was present in the 3-day hearing.

“Is it possible for the Plaintiff (Assyrian Church of the East, i.e. Mar Meelis and Mar Odisho), through their lawyers make a complaint or statement to the judge regarding these false accusations and claims being made by Ashur Mar Bawai Soro's supporters about the judge.”

*** It is possible, but it would not have any relevancy to the issues that are present before the judge.
