Is there a way to write the letter "V" ?

Dear All,
Do not take this the wrong way. It is an honest question. I am teaching myself how to read and write Assyrian (I am making progress).

I know we do not have a letter “F” in our alphabet but I was told that now by placing 3 dots under the letter “P” it will soften the “P” into an “F”. I know this because I had to write my own name in our language.

The question is to anyone that knows whether we have a letter “V” (as in Vili). I know it is part of the Urmia dialect but I have never seen it written. However, I have often heard it pronounced as “Wili” by other people.

Can somebody please write both pronunciations in Syriac?
Vili and Wili.
