“I know we do not have a letter “F” in our alphabet but I was told that now by placing 3 dots under the letter “P” it will soften the “P” into an “F”. I know this because I had to write my own name in our language.”

*** It is not three dots, it is sign that looks like (~) that should be placed under the letter (P).

“The question is to anyone that knows whether we have a letter “V” (as in Vili). I know it is part of the Urmia dialect but I have never seen it written. However, I have often heard it pronounced as “Wili” by other people.”

*** To make it sound like (Vili) or (Wili), I would either use (B) with one dot under it, or use (O) with no dots.
