Last night as I watched Dr. Sargon's program, the segment about the vatican, I was in tears. He explained the issue very well. See for the longest time I was honestly confused about who do I believe? who is in the midst of the conspiracy? Who has a hand in this matter? Like he put it who is the brain? Well, I know a great number of times this issue was explained to us by kashereh Avoodeh. Being Roman Catholic I didn't want to believe it. I didn't want to believe that this was occuring in the vatican. These people were completely against the church of the east and expecially with the help of others trying to deny our name (Atourayah). I couldn't stand for that and I wont.

from the time I can remember I was brought up taking pride in Omta Ashouretah. By all means I'm not changing in what I've known since I opened my eyes in this world. Yes, my faith is Catholic I take pride in that. Like Dr. Sargon put it in his last segment. Be what ever religion you want to be, practice what you want to practice we have total respect for our catholic Assyrians. The common denominator is were all ASHOURAYRH!!! That was enough for me.

Yes, some of us were angry what was said on tv but we need to face reality. The facts are there.
What more proof do people need. Last night was a wake up call for me a light bulb moment. NO No No I will not stand it!! I will not stand my name and identity that my forfathers gave me to be tampered with. NEVER!!

I see myself as Assyrian catholic I've always said that. I believe the church of the east is my mother church. I have respect for it. No, I do not believe that it is not a CHURCH. I take pride when I hear the mass in Assyrian. I take pride listening and singing the wonderfull songs
that have the word ATOUR in them. I rejoyce.
I want to thank DR. Sargon D. for the explanation and the respect he gave to those catholics who believe in Omta Ashouretah.
