Another Suspended Bishop

In order to compare and contrast the two situations, does anyone know anything about the bishop of the Ancient Church of the East that was suspended not long ago?

The only thing I heard was that he was suspended for his "liberal views of the Bible".

I am not even exactly sure if he was technically "suspened" or "excommunicated" or "censured" or whatever. I would like to know the details as much as possible.
