***Where did you hear this from? Has the church or the Church's lawyers confirmed the settlement request from the former bishop's lawyers?

If the Church was prepared to halve the Church's assets how would they decide which side got what?

Personally I beleive the former bishop should not be entitled to one cent of the Church's assets and we should not compromise anything in our search for justice. But what are our REAL legal chances of winning?
