Dear David: Let me tell you this that what was agreed on in the synod of Ancient Church of the East held in Los Angeles 1999 was only on paper, and some members of this synod changed their mind after returning to Iraq. Alos this beloved Bishop was in favour of unity of the two branches of our mother church.
