Breaking News from Vatican!

The Pro Oriente Commission has refused former Bishop Soro’s admittance as an official delegate of the Assyrian Church of the East (ACOE) to its annual gathering.
According to reliable sources from Rome, Vatican, Soro flew to Vatican last week to attend this gathering as he has in the past pretending to be an official delegate of the ACOE still. The receptionist has informed Soro that he was no longer welcome as a delegate. He was only offered to stay for just a short time as an observer.
Understandably, Soro flew back to California after this most deserved rejection. There is a Farsi saying, “Az inja roundeh, az ounja moondeh”. It translates to, “makha thridha, min tama shwigha”.
In the Catholic forum where most of its participants are Catholic clergies, a poster has posted the following comments, “I see a lot of confusion and probable misunderstanding here. This California bishop obviously needs help. The Catholic Church should stay out of this controversy and let the Assyrian church handle it. The most we should do is denying any association with this man.”
