***I’m not offended; I always appreciate an honest comment. But, please tell me, why should we doubt our sources when they have never lied to us in the past? When was the last time your question was directed to Kanna and his supporters? If you asked, did you ever receive a proof of so many false claims they made in the past few years? We have every reason to doubt what Kanna and his people say, because unlike the COE authorities, their records of truth telling are as rare as snow in the summer. Remember, a witness can help convict someone of the most heinous crimes in a court of law if he/she is proven to be credible.
“Are we going to just believe whatever we read?”
****No, and we are also not going to believe whatever we hear, especially when it comes from people who have lost credibility.
“Is this video taped or are there any other evidences of such statement being said and the duration of the visit?”
*** Not every incident in life is video taped. I am not aware if His Holiness requires people to complete a form prior to their visit, nor have I heard that every visit with His Holiness is treated as a court setting when every word exchanged is recorded in a transcript. If this is our expectation, then we must ask the same question to Bawai Soro, Kanna, and every one else.

***Remember, we report the news, we don’t create it. Please ask those who have told you otherwise if they can provide us with a video tape or a transcript. Once you obtained such evidence, we will be more than happy to show it on AssyriaSat so Assyrians around the world can see it.

***Those who accompanied Kanna to his visit with His Holiness.
“I wonder what these people call all the bashing that they take from this side of the road?”
***We don’t really care what others call the reactions on this side of the road. What we care about is to always stay on the “truth” road regardless of who is thinking what.
“There are lots of questions to be answered.”
***We have done our best to ask them in the past few years, but we never received any answers from that side of the road, did you?
“All this negative energy and the status quo is not doing us any good.”
***This is like saying hating Satan is negative energy. Demanding answers from a criminal is a negative energy. Telling the truth and sticking to it, is a status quo. What is not doing the other side of the road any good is in fact doing this side of the road very good. It’s helping the majority of our Assyrian people understand what is really going on and is keeping them updated.
Bottom line is we believe the side that has proven to be credible, verses the side that has lied, cheated, conspired, and manipulated our people in the past.
