Background…
A few days back I was engaged in some soft discussions on the Bet Nahrain forum. I posted my views on a matter. The post contained a statement “Mar Dinkha’s pets”.
From a half a page of text and its message Benjamin could only focus on this one word “Pets” which he just could not swallow. Since my point of view is different from what the mainstream is on Bet Nahrain forum it is obvious that they do not want to hear what I have to say. Earlier than that, I was accused, Ms. Shamiram, of poisoning the minds of their faithful. Needless to say the moderator Benjamin Daniali opted to delete my post without even venturing in any meaningful dialogue beyond his single line of “Who are Mar Dinkha’s pets?”Fine! I took that as a polite question and I promptly answer Benjamin’s question regarding the word “Pet” and urged you (Benjamin) to look it up in the dictionary so you could see that it meant something to the affect of “favorite person” and when you came back asking the same question again, I ignored it as being redundant.
The result was Benjamin removed my message.
So I am posting this message as a direct challenge to see if he is willing to learn to hear other opinions beside the lies, innuendos and totally uncouth remarks that get dished out on daily basis.
So what happened to my posts? Even by twisting the meaning of “pet” in the direction of your thinking, my post does not have .001% of all the soiled language used on your forum.
OK then, one more time Benjamin Daniali. I guess, by coming back to ask again was a faint attempt on your part to push the issue into a confrontation.
If you have something of substance then please let us know because I have I do have an idea of what you are alluding to (I refuse to go that way) and I would ask you to re-read my post again as I had already elaborated on the meaning of the word “PET” (Also check your dictionaries).
I have already answered your question and left it to you to pick who the favorite person(s) of H.H. Mar Dinkha IS/ARE.
Be kind enough to engage in what the main theme of the message is and not just the ONE single word within the entire post. However, if from the tone of your (single line message) you are threatening me. Well chief, I do not scare easy and you can run and hide behind your “Admin” powers but you will be confirming the fact that you are not willing or are incapable of engaging in a meaningful way to help find solutions to deflate the hyper state of our current church problems. Think about it. What takes place on Bet Nahrain forum is the real POISON that embitters the young men and women’s and turns them against one another.
Often, Ms. Shamiram Daniali always comes back at people (when she does not like their opinion) with threatening remarks such as “You are skating on thin ice”..OR.. ”You are welcome to post here as long as you respect our church prelates and uphold The Assyrian Ethics”.
I have no issue with respect and ethics. All you need to do is check some of the messages posted by others and even those posted by you and tell me if there really are any ethics and respect. Respect is a two way street.
Revoking my rights will not change who I am and will not stop me from thinking what I believe in.
I will no longer participate in this viper pit and hell-hole of lies and Gestapo-like authoritarianisms. It is a shameful act when you devote so much time aggravating our church issues by allowing all these loose canons obliterate the decorum that is fundamentally crucial to the image and seriousness of a forum that wants to earn the respect it deserves. That of course is up to you how you want to moderate this forum to give it the credibility and respect.
So far you have done a very poor job and seeing what goes on here and elsewhere it is a joke to have you assign yourselves as the custodians of Assyrian Ethics.
A cruel joke, indeed!If this forum thinks it represents what Assyrians and our Church are then I can say to you: You people have nothing to do with good religion let alone ethics.
Your conduct on this forum is a disgrace to this nation.
