Will a builder who build your house writes ownership in his/her name?

When a person hires someone to build a house, will the builder register property of his own name simply because he/she building such property.
Same it goes, if a person building a website, what interest does a contractor have to hold on and take over ownership of names that does not belongs to him/her? There are many issues concern ethics, business transactions, and all aspects of legalities, as well as there are other issues concern Assyrian freedom in their homeland, be it Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, west Iran, east Turkey, Palestine/Israel, north east Egypt and Jordan.

It is enough humiliation and stupidity against peaceful Assyrian people, uprooting them from their own rights to live in their homeland "Ashur" (Assyria)?

Ownership of intangible or tangible asset does not goes to be in someone whom build for someone else.
