Lawyer and Judge Persi can explain about ownership and business contracts.

If a company is incorporated (Inc) the ownership goes to the incorporated company.

Also, the tangible asset also go to the owner and not the worker. If you work in a store day and night and that store gained a lot of customers and store name became well known, the ownership still does not go to the worker, but remain as tangible asset to the property.

Today, see logo for Pepsi or McDonald, who owns those logos? Not the person who design them, but the person or Inc. that seek protection to its image and company assets.
